His offense was outdated and really bad, AR couldn’t stand MM and his offense to the point they had side line blow ups. AR changed plays routinely and you know what he said about MMs IQ. It appears he was right just can’t give a HC who doesn’t know the calls because he doesn’t know terminology or the offense after 3 seasons a pass, it’s really pathetic. Think about it GB let go a SB winning HC because it got so bad in GB, now the same thing is happening in Dallas IMHO. MM should of been fired after the PO loss but here he is setting up the next fall guy.

Sounds pretty bad no matter how you slice it!
I thought a west coast style offense might be better for Dak than what Moore's running.
We need someone and try to salvage Dak before it's to late, if it's not already...

Just wow bro. The guy MMObserver shares past insights like this into this extraordinary leader of men every so often.
When I read these articles on the guy like in your previous post, it's like my gosh, do the descriptions con man and fraud come to mind.

Tell me any GM out there that is going to hire an offensive minded HC and then instead hand the keys to a guy with zero experience. 1 year under Jason Garrett? If that's what we're calling a resume! This is a serious problem. I didn't think we would be in this situation in year 3. They both need to go at this point.

But McCarthy should've had full control of the offense. Jerry's a complete clown and so is his coordinator. At this point you need a sweeping change and an offensive HC like Sean Peyton to come in here and fix this mess. But this joke is completely Jerry's doing.
