I dunno, I remember a lotta mouth after the Denver game last year from this coach and this QB.
We hope that teams play us like that, yada, yada, yada... And here we are, lol

For some reason I felt just a weeeee bit more confident when that 90s team Dallas coach spoke publicly how confident he was in his team than when this current guy tries to do the same.

But it's prolly just me.

McCarthy said the exact same thing when the Packers played the Patriots without Aaron Rodgers. "MM: I don't care what you guys think. We came here to win. We're nobody's underdog..." Then proceeded to lose the game. LOL. Tough talk rarely wins an NFL game.

If MM is my coach and I hear him say that, it's going to get me fired up a little more. If I am a Rams player and I hear the other coach say that, I am thinking, "No big deal, I would expect my coach to say that."

Who has been upset by Rush’s success?

not supposed to be calling out forum members per our rules…..but I remember several threads in particular and you can get you’re answer.

1. one was dedicated to one Rush pass to Noah Brown to point out that this particular pass wasn’t great and Rush shouldn’t get any credit for it…..was there a need for an entire thread for a pass that was completed anyway?

2. a different guy creates a thread showing a graph that Rush was among the lowest completion percentages that week…..again, do we need a thread to show this from an UDFA with 3 starts at the time?…in another win

3. the current thread on this page saying Rush sucks if nots for a great defense bailing him out…..pure garbage when Coopers offense has scored 20plus every game

these are just 3 different guys that are unhappy that Rush is leading this team to victories and their thread border on the ridiculous considering they are so threatened by a guy with 4 whole starts. There are many other posters that have been upset by Coopers success and all you have to do is open you’re eyes and read them…..again, not supposed to call out forum members by name per the rules.

I like that kind of talk from the Big Man. But…we’re still the underdog in this game according to Vegas.

Yea , just more bulletin board material. We opened at 6 1/2 point dogs so the early money is going on Dallas. No surprise after LA losing Monday night.

Funny this is first time this subject has come up as we’ve been underdogs in every game this year but Wash. And will be in Philly next week too.

Opening up as Dogs in 5 of our first 6 games has to be some kind of record we haven’t seen since at least our 5-11 Funk with Campo. Maybe even as far back as 1989.

After LA loss Monday I certainly like Rams even more Sunday. Can’t see them falling back to 2-3. And I can certainly see us going to 3-2 as I expect us to fall to 3-3.
