With Jason Garrett we won 2 playoff games and had a 13 win team that was the number one seed. Those 13 wins tied a franchise record and we also won 11 straight games that season, which was a franchise record. We accomplished more with Garrett than we have with McCarthy. However, Garrett did coach 9 seasons and McCarthy has 5 seasons with the Cowboys. If McCarthy is retained, I still think Garrett will end up with more playoff wins with the Cowboys. Having to contend with Philly and Washington the Cowboys may not even make the playoffs again with McCarthy.

In fairness to Barry switzer, the guy came out of retirement and stepped into a tenuous situation that not many could have succeeded in. The man can coach . Despite what Aikman said. Barry won a ton at OU. He was a leader of men but nobody is Jimmy Johnson. We were blessed to have such a unique leader like Jimmy. He was next level leader. But that's not Barry's fault. Barry came in here, took the heat, and did his job. Barry never gets any love for what he did in Dallas, and it's shameful. Winning rings at this level takes everyone, even him. We couldn't have won in 95 without him. Facts

Who would you want more at this moment. I don't despise Mike the way I did with Jason, Jason was just a lifeless statue of a coach. Not saying that Mike has anymore life to him, but at least you see the guy show some emotion at time and not just clap. Who's your pick????
