It’s OTA’s so I’m not sure it means much but we will seeAnd it feels like they’re ‘forcing’ things. Tyler at left guard, Tyron at right tackle.
I hope not. It’s OTA’s so I’m not sure it means much but we will see
Im sure that avoiding the loss of a draft pick and a $150k fine for McCarthy had nothing to do with itThey chose to do a jog through practice for the only day the media is allowed to watch.
I see your logic and can’t blame you. But in his snaps at LG he wasn’t bad at all. He played a lot of LT which he didn’t do well.I do not see where the faith in Edoga comes from.
The team that drafted him flat out cut him, despite their own offensive line needs.
And the team that claimed him last year didn’t care to make an offer to keep him above the near minimum deal he agreed to with the Cowboys.
I think any faith in Edoga is misplaced.
Well lets see who they wind up with and what they paid for them.Or maybe they are doing their due diligence to find the best K options come TC time.
Good to see T.J Bass willing to take the time to help Zack Martin.
Back to back years we’ve got penalized for too much contact.Im sure that avoiding the loss of a draft pick and a $150k fine for McCarthy had nothing to do with it
No, I’m not.I’m sure you’re one of those who thinks we’re perfectly fine at RB. You’re probably licking your chops thinking about what a jag like Ronald Jones could do. Lol Or maybe you’re content just running Pollard into the ground 20 times a game and allow him to pick up all the tough yards.
If healthy, our best 5 includes Tyron, Tyler Smith, Biadasz, Martin and Steele. PERIOD. Can be some argument over positions, but I still think it should be that order across the line: Tyron - LT, Tyler S - LG, Biadasz - C, Martin - RG, Steele - RT. Moving Steele to G, and Tyron to LT is just too much movement if they are healthy. The projected offensive line according to what he’s seeing in practice is a bad one in my opinion. NOT any ‘Best 5’ in their best position that’s for sure.
This K situation is really ridiculous. Kickers score more than anyone on the team. We need to have a solid one on the team. If some free agent signee can win the job from an established vet then so be it. But it really, really sends a bad signal to the team that they aren't making any kind of investment at this moment.translation ..... jones boys looking for the cheapest kicker they can find, who looks decent.
And Steele at G. Has he ever played G?And it feels like they’re ‘forcing’ things. Tyler at left guard, Tyron at right tackle.
Are you really worried about established veterans not needing to work in non contact drills? Here we go...
This moves two players. One from left to right, and one where a position change + a side change is involved.I'd just move Steele to LG - assuming he can. He's such a mauler in the run game he should be fine, so I think your best 5 is: Tyler Smith - Steele - Biadasz - Martin - Tyron Smith
This is a family forum. What “punishment” are you referring to?

Not to my knowledge. Not at the pro level anyway. He’s this team’s best right tackle. And Steele at G. Has he ever played G?
+1. This really isn't that hard. The number of people trying to come up with an alternative where half the players change position is ridiculous. Also, that line is really good. This moves two players. One from left to right, and one where a position change + a side change is involved.
Seems to me the cleanest and best approach is:
Tyron S - his historic LT position.
Tyler S - the position he started with at camp last year, LG
Biadasz - C
Martin- RG
Steele - RT
The only "change" moves Tyler one slot over, where he started last camp.
