Didn't wade say his famous "We won the wild card round" a few days after the 07 loss to the giants. I dont think jerry was there....i could be wrong and that might have been at the draft pc.

I feel bad for MM, the Jones boys are pulling his strings...by releasing alot of his key coaches that he brought in, and now he has to go to a PC and explain what's happening, which is what you are paid to do as a puppet HC, it's the Cowboy way. let me add to that.... that MM can't fire anyone without approval ie (Moore).

Just like Moore's retention as OC when McCarthy was hired was not McCarthy's decision and
Nolan's firing was not McCarthy's wish.
Several of these firing decisions of McCarthys personally chosen staff are being made by the real Head Coach, not the one masquerading as one.

Dang, it's pretty bad when first your offensive coordinator is chosen for you but at least you have say in the position coaches.
Now he doesn't even have position coach control, smh.
