Coach, you still have to approach all problems individually... Not overwhelm on carrying on the level of one's own intensity all at once.

Put success into every leadership skill, fully supporting. There, one can learn from Jerry Jones, actually, for success in management skills. Get better coach, you've earned game calls. Lead your team.

Sometimes, you just have to work it out as a team as well.

Good luck in not watering your top lineman for any excuse and getting playing time for young lineman. Hell of a gamble there.

I rewatched the game and looked specifically at the Oline and the redzone issues. IM actually not as concerned. The defense was the big problem yesterday. They have to mentally get their act together and decide if they can recover and be a top defense again. Their weaknesses without Diggs are being exposed.

oline was definitely a part of the problem. Throughout the game with penalties and more so in the redzone.

Dak actually had a quality game getting us out of trouble all game long and extending drives with the pass and his legs. Right up until the pick at the end of the game with 3 minutes to go. By that time the game was all but over. Cards got the ball and ran out the clock on next possession.

That is a HUGE issue. His playcalling didn't help the Cowboys at all yesterday. Especially in the red zone.
