In all seriousness, 105.3 The Fan asked Stephen Jones about this (afternoon segment) and the reply was that the symptoms were concussion-like. I don't remember him saying if they sent him home but it sounds about right.

True, but he could have gone home and been with family or something like that. It's not like he ran to the bat cave.

Unless a trainer went home with him I honestly can't see that... u gotta think as crazy as the nfl is about concussions right now... what would happen if he got dizzy and slipped in the shower

unless it was a medical directive to go to the hospital, why would he go home?! At least watch the game in the locker room/training room if he needed to sit down. But for a playoff game you have to "go down with the ship". Had we lost he just wouldnt have said goodbye?

I think this guy has mental issues that won't be healed and I wouldn't bother resigning him.

Keep reaching.

Let business of Health be business of health. If he had it his way, he would be out there playing.

Where did you see that he went home before the game ended? Just curious.
Good question. Garrett said "he's home now" in his press conference, but that's the only official thing I've heard about it.

I think we need to give this guy a break. If he went home I'm pretty sure it was advised by the medical staff. I highly doubt Ro didn't care about the team and just felt like going home. We don't know the full story, if true!

That's kind of what I recall. Nowhere, before this thread, have I heard he went home before the game was over. That really doesn't even make sense.

My personal opinion is that we should cut the guy some slack. I mean, he's been sick, he's been injured, he's had to learn a lot with coming in late and not having the benefit of training camp and the guys house just burned down. Heck, that's a lot to deal with, on top of all the stuff you have to do to just be ready to play on Sundays. If the team has no issue with it, then I have no place to find issue with it.

I elect to wait and see what happens. He deserves the benefit of the doubt IMO. If he proves me wrong, then so be it.

Everything you said plus he hadn't played in a year and a half before coming to Dallas. The long layoff alone would make the transition back to playing full time a difficult chore.

Maybe the team doctors didn't want him to infect the rest of the team with whatever germs he has?

Now that I would believe. What if he had flu symptoms? I would say "get him out of here" since the team has to be healthy in 7 days.

Yeah, I don't see how you can let a guy with a suspected concussion drive himself home.

i dont think that anyone here half any medical training and to ruminate on his possible ailment is misguided.
But after saying that, let me say one think: Ro is stupid.

Ruminate..... That's a very good word.

I have to say GTB, I often have to "ruminate" over your posts. In fact, I have to do that more times then not. I'm getting better at it thou.
