Exactly. Never quite understood the Morris hate. I also want to see Rod Smith get some touches this year. He doesn't go down easily and has sneaky good speed.

A little surprising but easy to comprehend, Morris was the better RB out of the 3 backups in preseason and wasn't even close.

Biggest difference is on running plays you do not need to tweak blocking with morris. Not to mention DMC is more an outside the tackle guy which is a strength for the giants.

Morris has the ability to run with power and push forward, McFadden is about getting to the edge and exploring. We do downgrade in the passing game as McFadden is a very proficient blocker and productive pass catcher.
