ESPN radio reported that McFadden was in hand cuffs this morning after an altercation at a bar. Some fight or something. Apparently he has been in trouble for this kind of thing before. I didn't know that. It could effect his draft stock.

He was handcuffed "for a few minutes", after a fight, where his brother got a bloody nose.

Wasn't arrested.
Wasn't charged.
Wasn't named as an attacker.
Wasn't hurt.
Didn't resist being handcuffed.
Wasn't armed.
Probably wasn't even drunk, since he's underage and could have been arrested for that.

I'm failing to see how he was acting like a thug. Or is everyone that has ever been in a fight when they were young a thug?

This bar fight last year was because he caught someone trying to still his car outside of a bar and fought the car thief off. He was also acquitted of doing anything wrong concerning the escalade and played in the game that a lot of people over reacted about and said he would be ruled ineligible for. But he does have to realize he is a public sports star now and every thing he does and encounters will most likely be blown out of proportion.

I don't recall ever judging anyone...I simply made a JOKE about Little Rock, Arkansas.
