He is soft. He is insecure. He is an Eagle. He is a joke.
Timbo2st;1338534 said:Because Romo has look so much better?
Did you see him at the press conference after the Seattle game?
He was about to cry.
WoodysGirl;1338497 said:Yep...
Also there was some issue about Reid canceling McNabb's press conference.
But I'm sure you'll notice no agenda in this thread, though. Considering the pom-poms being waved from the usual suspects.
zrinkill;1338542 said:Never mentioned Romo ..... I was talking about Mcnabb.
Romo has started a little over half a season ..... Mcnabb is supposed to be a veteran.
The Eagles looked horrible till a Journyman QB took over the reigns ..... How do you explain that?
Timbo2st;1338505 said:He's better then Romo.
CanadianCowboysFan;1338595 said:Right now, neither has won anything of consequence, so I wouldn't be yapping about McFlabb if I were you.
Timbo2st;1338571 said:Garcia did a great job of coming in and got things rolling.
However, I don't blame Mcnabb entirely for the mid-season failure.
Sure he made mistakes, but so did the rest of the team. Don't forget Mcnabb was putting up career numbers before his injury.
WR's were dropping plenty of passes. Believe me, I watched these games.
Also bad playcalling by Andy Reid. There were a few interceptions by Mcnabb, but that's about it. The defense lost some of the games during that skid, the blame doesn't go entirely on the offense there.
YoMick;1338556 said:McNabb's mom said more than "it would be bittersweet"
--------------
"Well here it is, the real deal,'' she writes. "Its kind of bitter sweet for me as my son, the quarterback sits out on injured reserved watching the game during his rehab. I polled my family too and they feel the same. We want our team to win and even go to the Superbowl and win it in Miami especially if they continue to play as they have. But oh oh, if they win the Superbowl without my son, what would be the real outcome with the fans? Will they crucify him? Maybe, then the trade talks would begin. Off season madness, worse than last years fiasco. But guess what, I guess I'll have to take the beating if it comes. I would have to hope that scenario of the madness would not happen or be that bad. Well lets wait and see. Bitter sweet."

please note: bolded is what else was said by momma McNabb.... the bolded BLUE is her refering to TO when it is looking more and more like her son
Dont let facts get in the way WG

YoMick;1337808 said:First Donovan wouldnt throw the ball to TO
Then he tells TO that it is his(McNabb's) Team
Then McNabb's mom starts rooting agains the Eagles because her son is not QB'ing
Then McNabb starts this recent nonsense
He is clearly dividing the Eagles locker room.... the question is... is he doing it AGAIN?? (first time with TO)
This is a serious thread... I think that many things that had no light shed on them.... now do....

Who got into a weight room fight with one of his former teammates? Who threw his QB under the bus after the Super Bowl? Who said publicly that he'd prefer Favre to the guy throwing him the ball? 32 out of 32 GMs would take McNabb over the cancer we currently call our own. Buy hey, since the devil is ours, why not a little revisionist history to make ourselves fell better with our predicament, huh? Funny how the Eagles thrived and won the East without that turd. Sadly, the joke's on us.
