So Giants Selected:
4. NY Giants- Jedrick Wills
39. NY Giants via Minnesota via Miami - Jaylon Johnson, CB
99. NY Giants* - Jabari Zuniga, Edge
110. NY Giants - Nick Harris, OC
132. NY Giants via Minnesota- Justin Strnad, LB

I feel like they filled some pretty big holes.

Cam Fleming upgrade to Jedrick Wills at RT
Deandre Baker upgraded to Jaylon Johnson at CB#2
Competition for Kyler Fackrell at OLB/Edge
Competition at Centre with Spencer Pulley who is basically Looney
Sorely needed LB depth

None are exceptional value but all are good solid picks IMO and those first two picks are pretty dire needs.

It's been fun, wanted to get back in, but having so many no-shows made it tough to find a trade partner.
Couldn't really justify giving up a 3rd next year (which will likely be high) for a mid or worse 4th, which is what it would have taken.

Big thanks to Our Genial Host.

NY Jets
Cee Dee Lamb - WR
Isaiah Wilson - OT
Noah Igbinoghene - CB
Malik Harrison - LB
AJ Dillion - RB

Outside of not getting a pass rusher, I like my draft. Biggest need was OT, but didn't want to force a pick and draft for need as opposed to best player available, which was Cee Dee Lamb. Wilson can use a year of grooming but has huge upside. Igbinoghene is the same. Dillion will spell Bell (he needs a rest after nearly 4,000 college rushing yards) and be ready to take over in about a year.

Seattle Seahawks Draft
Weaknesses were offensive and defensive line, RB, and WR. We need a better pass rush and I wanted to find to players that can get to the quarterback. Baun and Gipson should be quality additions. I wanted to get back to the beast mode run first mentality when we had with Lynch and Simpson and Phillips are both strong powerful blockers. We signed Dorsett but Bowden is a dynamic versatile playmaker that can fill a variety of roles. With Carson in a contract year and Penny coming off an ACL tear I wanted a RB that could take it to the house and Evans was great value on day three. All of the picks were good value based on their rank and where they were picked.

1:27 Zack Baun Edge Rank 19 Grade 6.5
A Clay Matthews type Baun can drop into coverage or rush the passer.
2:59 John Simpson G Rank 43 Grade 6.35
Broad, well-built snowplow of a guard with the traits and power to turn a crease into a full-fledged running lane. My second ranked IOL after Ruiz.
3:75 Jordan Elliot DT Rank 38 Grade 6.36
Should be a starter in one to two years
3:101 Lynn Bowden WR Rank 84 Grade 6.24
Versatile offensive weapon similar to Randall Cobb
4:122 Darrynton Evans RB Rank 97 Grade 6.18
A Ronald Jones speed guy with good elusiveness and vision
4:133 Tyre Phillips OL Rank 84 Grade 6.24
Big, bruising body mover with serious knock-back power to clear the debris from the gaps in the run game. Will see playing time early in short yardage situations.
4:144 Trevis Gipson Edge Rank 88 Grade 6.22
Developmental DE that will see playing time early on passing downs.

Pretty solid all round but Jordan Elliott for me was one of the best value picks in the draft. Elliott, Epenesa and Diggs were the guys that I think should have gone earlier.

Definitely one of the best in my book. At first I thought it was good but could be better. When I went through the mock just now though I don't think I'd change a single pick. A little unlucky with guys going in the 3-4 picks before you but made the most out of it

For me:

Three worst
1. Dallas
The way the draft panned out Dallas could have traded down from 17 for 20,137,140 and 157 as Jacksonville did which would have set us up. With no trades it could have been
Jeffery Okudah vs Trevon Diggs, Terrell Lewis, Van Jefferson....disaster IMO and I love Okudah.
2. Las Vegas
Don't think they need a QB that badly but they could have sat patiently and got their pick of Love or Herbert at 12.

3. Commanders
Brilliant trade and squandered. The one player they drafted that I like (Kinlaw) they don't need. Thomas made much more sense IMO.

Three best
1. Jacksonville
Robbery of a trade and then some brilliant value picks
2. Minnesota
Good solid consistent picks across the board
3. Chicago
Only two picks but both massively undervalued players.

I liked some of the panthers picks but Okudah + Elliott beats Brown + Chin by a country mile.

Three best picks
1. Epenesa
2. Diggs
3. Elliott
