1. Tennessee - Joey Bosa DE Ohio St.
2. Cleveland - Jared Goff QB California
3. San Diego - Laremy Tunsil T Mississippi

4. Dallas - Carson Wentz QB North Dakota St.
Now that I'm deep into Wentz's tape, I feel very comfortable saying he's a legit first-round talent. He has the height, sturdy frame, natural accuracy, pocket mobility and on-field leadership you look for in a QB. He was 20-3 as a starter at NDSU and won two FCS national titles. You could certainly make a case for the Cowboys taking the best available D-line prospect, such as Oregon'sDeForest Buckner. But if Dallas is sold on Wentz (or Goff, if he's available), this could prove to be a very wise long-term investment at the game's most important position.

Mcshay had to dive deep into the tape and it took me about 20 minutes to figure it out.

Basically he needed someone to tell him Wentz was good because he couldn't see it on his own somehow.

This draft is particularity tough because In my mind this pick is so obvious and
there are real [2] chances it wont happen.Almost three months to go!

I thought it was interesting that he's got Braxton Miller in the first round. Vonn Bell too.

If Spence lasts that long then I am moving up from 34.

When you already have Lawrence and Gregory? I wouldn't.

This. There will be a few prospects available (at #34) who can shine at the 1-tech DT position and help generate pressure up the gut while stopping the run.

Note: Watch Jerry skip this position, though, in round 2 in preference of the RB, WR or (egads) TE!

Look how many DT's he has in the first ! And Rankins early ...

I think that could very well happen. Everyone has watched Carolina invest in two very good DTs and it's paying off for them. They can bring the heat with only four rushers. That's invaluable.

Everyone except Dallas of course

DT has been a glaring need in this team for years but we systematically ignore it

McShay seems to never be shore of himself. He goes by what the scouts and coaches tells him.

No way Spence drops that low as a dynamic edge rusher but your point is right, we have not fixed the pass rush.

The kid from Mizzou last year dropped around the low 20's. That's probably about where Spence goes.
