Those are the ones you should be directing your anger or at least concern with. I trust KC will do better in the playoffs than Dallas will, just my humble opinion. When the Cowboys played a tough outing vs Houston Texans and WON, you would have thought that Dallas loss the game the way Dak, Zeke, McCarthy and the rest of the team were getting raked over the coals for struggling against a one-win team.


Well the Chiefs struggled with this same one-win Houston Texans team yesterday and went all the way into overtime with them. The Chiefs are a better team than the Cowboys with better quarterbacking and coaching..... so where is all the blowback??? Where is all the BS that was tossed at the Cowboys for struggling against this one-win Texans team???? Where is all the concern???

I'm just looking at the game at hand. Chiefs are a team that's better than ours almost from top to bottom and struggled worse than we did vs the same one-win team.

I don't really care what talking heads have to say. Their job is to be relevant, and one of the easiest ways to do that is to talk about the Cowboys. My only point is the way to silence them is simply to play better. Sure, the Chiefs struggled with the same one-win team we did, but that doesn't mean we had to struggle with them. Jacksonville is playing better, but that doesn't mean we had to lose to them. Worrying about how our team is treated compared to another team doesn't change the fact that our team isn't looking like a Super Bowl contender.

The owner of the Chiefs does not demand coverage and camera/mic time. They also do not have the polarization the Cowboys have, no team does like this. The Celtics, Lakers and Yankees had that but it was earned through their performance, just as it originally was with the Cowboys but now it is nothing more than media manipulation.

Even Booger admitted that the unusual coverage the Cowboys get brings some unwanted attention as well. A price he is willing to pay for exposure.

I have seen several sports talk people reference this "must cover" situation with the Cowboys even on NFLN with Andrew Siciliano and several of his sidekicks and the NFL owns that. Leads me to believe that not all of the owners and NFL execs are on board with Booger's self-promotion and constant grandstanding.

Lets see if the Chiefs follow that up by losing to the Seahawks. The Chiefs don't get grief because they were in the AFC championship last year, and in the two super bowls prior to that. The Cowboys swallow the sword towards the end of the season every year. That's why they're getting grief.

If money was stolen and only two people were present, who do you blame, the model citizen, or the career thief? If we were to do football profiling, we're raking the Cowboys over the coals. Not the Chiefs. The Cowboys need to wipe their mouths.

Mahomes also threw 3 INTS and nearly lost the Broncos game. it happens all the so called great qbs this season has had a 2-3 game stretch of subpar pay. the eagles is the only example we need they struggled against the Colts, Texans and jags. they didn't look great against the bears did they? they are winning though and we are 2 OT blown big leads from being undefeated since dak got back.
weve had soem key injuries all year so being 10-4, in the playoffs is nothing to make excuses or to be embarrassed about.

doesn't matter its still shows that all teams struggle in many games throughout the year, no one plays perfect for 17 games. eagle's same thing,

i mean NO you do not get excused from poor play because of what you did the year before , So if you tear down the Cowboys then go tear down the bills, Chiefs, and eagles as well, all had struggles with teams they should have blown out.. All of them..many more teams to add this season with playoff aspirations but I'll stay with those 3 , none more are needed.

You made great points about the media, but I wasn't only addressing media.... I was addressing the goal post moving hypocrites that dwell among us as well. Last week there was talk about how contending teams don't struggle with teams like the Texans....

Well the Chiefs are considered a title contender last time I checked, correct???

Then we heard how good coaches don't let their teams down in certain situations against teams like the Texans.....

Well Andy Reid isn't a good coach, he's a GREAT coach, last I checked, correct???

And then.... all I heard on this board is, Dak was a bum, garbage, etc and how good quarterbacks don't struggle vs one win teams like the Texans......

(The past is great to talk about but it has nothing to do with the results of THIS season and THIS struggle against the one-win Houston Texans. Here's one last example of goal post moving hypocrisy at its finest)

Well... Mahomes is the best quarterback in the league and had a worse game than Dak vs the same Texan tea.m. I believe Mahomes threw 3 ints??? (I stand to be corrected if im wrong) Dak is definitely not Mahomes, but.... according to what the hypocrites here say.... I believe they said "good" quarterbacks don't struggle against one-win teams like the Texans......
