Just another reason that shows why I quit watching these types of shows years ago. You can't have impartial, or quality, football discussions on panels made up people who were rivals against the Cowboys. Eric Davis is probably still stinging and hating because the Cowboys slapped them stupid in 2 out of 3 NFC Championship games. I wouldn't take a word he says as anything other than stupidity.

Eric Davis opinion opinion on the game was weak but he was not disrespectful. Either was Terrell even though he has been in the past. Rhett is a tool and Molly is just lame.

I would not be surprised if the host's "opinions" are scripted in some fashion. Many of the sports talk show tend to engage in heated debates and it would not surprised me if they are produced with scripted opinions.

I used to like you :)
You think ESPN is better than NFLN?
State your case please (to me ... forget these other people ... its just you and me talking ;) )

Yes. Just the way the shows are produced seems much more polished than Nfln. The hosts who aren't former players are getting much better. Still not as good IMO. The former players aren't very good. Lavarr Arrington comes to mind. T. Davis is average. That dummy Beudreux or whatever that sent up the ugly 12th man flag last week is really bad. I could probably go on.

The Sunday morning crew is good. All of them. Even that little B**** Marshall Faulk. But the shows throughout the week lack a lot.

As far as programming they should play a lot more NFL films. Old stuff. Steve Sabol helped me love the game and they should use his old shows.

NFL am sucks. Thier highlight packages are terribly short. After showing bad highlights they fill their show with long winded poor attempts at humor instead
of good highlights and sound analysis.

I know many on here don't like espn. But they are better.
Thanks I feel better

Is it true that Eli has thrown more TDs against the Cowboys than any other team?
Is it true that Romo has thrown more INTs against the Giants than any other team?

Both were said in that video but I don't know if they are true.

I do know the following...

The new Cowboys Stadium opened in 2009

Here is our record of playing the giants in the new Cowboys stadium since 2009

2009 Loss 31-33
2010 Loss 35-41
2011 Loss 34-37
2012 Loss 24-29
2013 WON 36-31

So since 2009 the Cowboys record vs the Giants at home is 1-4

Not exactly great. Let's hope we build on the win last year and continue to help turning it into 2-4

Odd thing is that in that same time frame we are 3-2 vs the Giants at their stadium.

The female host of NFL AM this morning called our team the Cow girls to great laughter and cheering from the clowns on the set and her co-hosts. She pretended it was on the cue card but they showed that it wasn't. The clowns then proceeded to pick the Giants to win by a 3-1 majority. Only Terrell Davis was a voice of reason saying the Cowboys were just too strong up front to lose. Eric Allen had the worst logic saying the Giants have been playing good ball and have their offense rolling despite the 27-0 loss last week. Huh? The other clown said Giants will win because Romo throws a lot of picks against the Giants.

Can you imagine the uproar if any other team was derisively called a name that insults the female gender? And how can the official network of the NFL feature such vapid hosts to discuss football?

What a frickin' disgrace. I'm glad I missed it. They should all be fired. All teams and their names should be respected.

NFL AM is the worst show on in the mornings. Rather watch those infomercials, and ESPN, than those buffoons.

I remember when NFLN was worth watching.

Had informative hour long shows, on repeat, every morning, usually from the night before.

Way better than those 3 clowns.

Agree Those NFL network shows are so cheesy but I can't stay away I love football too much

Good - I love it. The freakin more the better. Keep piling on morons. It ain't about the Giants. If the Boys do what they are capable of, it won't even be close.

How is Lavar Harrington even a host on that show? That's ridiculous.

I know right? I love that on the above link there is a little set of buttons with their pictures below that says talent. Really? I don't see any.

I thought maybe it was Erin Coscarelli but I guess it was the eyecandy Molly Qerim per another post. They added Erin and Rhett Lewis a couple months ago. Not liked the show nearly as much since then. Rhett gets an OK from me since he's a former IU Hoosier player but that's the only reason. But I find Erin annoying. Preferred Nicole Zaloumis.

I don't think their predictions have anything to do with being sold on the Cowboys or not. It's just hate. Do you think they're sold on the Giants right now? If the shoe was on the other foot, would they pick the Cowboys to beat NYG if we had just been obliterated 27-0 and the the Gmen had knocked Seattle all over the field? I know the answers to those questions. Haters gonna hate.

No kidding. Their not sold on the Cowboys, but they are sold on the Giants.

And they get paid for this drival?

Best way to shut this up is with a convincing W on Sunday. Then the " hyenas" excluding Eric Davis, a great player in his own right, who I think just can't get over the boys whipping the Niners in his era, will have to start showing some respect.

Now I feel better. I was about to say. You hit on all the reasons why I like NFLN best. I never watch NFL AM ... it is the worst and has the worst host/talking torsos :lmao:

I think NFLN on game day is the best coverage. Their selection of talking jocks are more knowledgeable and less blatantly biased and hidden agenda based. Of course the team they played on, bled and won with they will tend to lean towards ... I wouldn't respect them if they didn't. I think they are more fun and share better inside access from their playing days. Football should be fun.

Now the shows throughout the week need an overhaul. It used to be better when the rapist was on there:facepalm:
Will McGinnis and Heath Evans bore me to death. I think Curtis Conway was/is good. I think the guy who host NFL Gameday Final with The Playmaker and Primetime would be good for the week day (his name escapes me right now) ... I love his energy.
