That is exactly what happened. Overall there where unlucky bounces for the Cowboys today like those two fumbles that bounced right back to the Eagles, but McCarthy should have taken the points at the end and then played with significantly more urgency.

It's more than that last sequence, the entire game shows his just not up to snuff. At some point, you can't ignore the fact that this team continually, from season to season, plays stupidly and picks up dumb penalties and just generally looks inept at times. That's on him.

He is terrible. He got bailed out on the 1st and goal by the false start, but he called a QB draw with less than 30 seconds and no timeouts. Dak would’ve been tackled for no gain (there was a free LB right on him). Then what?

The "hidden" play that helped cost them the game in my opinion was that end around/Toss sweep to Turpin. Stupidest play call right when we were taking control of the game. Throw the ball down the middle of the field. We were killing them all game. All that lateral stuff was so stupid.

Coaching staff wet the bed to end that game. Both of Philly’s top corners are out of the game. The Philly defense was confused and on their heals and the Cowboys let off the gas and took their time getting plays in and wound up looking even more confused then the Philly D. The end of this game is what bad coaching looks like. Completely cost the Cowboys a chance to leave Philly with a W.

That's on the QB sorry, I know he played well most of the game. He had 1st and 5 from the 6 yd line with 27 seconds left and choked it away.
He held the ball for 4 secs and took a Steele sack and losing 15 yards and 20 secs and then a delay of game? We had one play from the 30? LOL
