They had the 2nd best record in the nba and lost in the conference finals. They made james harden clear out his locker and go to a strip club, exposing the quitter's true colors.

They may not be on the Warriors level, but everyone else needs to prove themselves before they jump us for the 2 spot in the West.

You have to prove yourself else every year. While the Spurs have definitely had success historically over the past 10-12 years it's clear they are trending towards a downturn, which happens to every upper echelon team eventually.

Genobli and Tim are retired, Parker is 35 and falling apart, Leonard is their one piece but the team is devoid of talent around him. No Tier 1 free agents signed with them nor want to at this point. It's not a jab at them, it's reality.

It's Ginobili, and he is not retired.

If Melo hustles down the court on fastbreaks he will get plenty of easy buckets.

I predict the thunder miss the playoffs. It's just what little confidence I have with CA.

Never been a fan of CA's play style and always felt he was grossly overrated just because he won a couple of scoring titles

There was a time where Melo was over rated, just not enough of a two way player to ever be in some of the conversations he was in, but among fans, not his fellow players, Melo is criminally under rated. Even when you factor in the accession of some WC teams, like Minnesota and possibly New Orleans, there are other teams that will likely take steps back, like the Los Angeles Clippers and Utah, that there is no way OKC misses the playoffs, just because Melo is such a bad player. If Westbrook misses half the season, sure, but that would be the case without Melo.

First allow me to apologize for not being prepared to talk about this subject the day you inquired about mt position and being rude to you.

I have a theory about Stephen Curry that I have no proof to support other than to wait and see how he plays. I believe he is not as focused as in previous years because he decided to step out of his lane and be a political provocateur. The same may happen to Lebron James as well this coming season.

In short... Curry got Trumped.

lol, so will Popovich be unable to focus on coaching? He's been just as outspoken
