And why should he? He's doing a great job, has shown absolutely no sign of lacking loyalty and enthusiasm for this team.

It's absolutely ok to have a lot of options in your future because you're successful. If I were him I would tell my team "let's win this damn trophy, nothing else matters" and nothing to the press.

It's mainly just some fans who apparently are losing sleep over this issue. Definitely not KM's problem.

Let's play make-believe for just a moment and pretend you could actually draw up some interesting plays. One of the biggest components of the job is getting the guys who actually run the plays to believe in you enough to execute them. Kellen has the guys believing in him. You don't even have the other forum members believing you could be the OC for the Cowboys. The players would NEVER follow you. We would be better off with the offense going out there and playing street ball with Dak calling all the plays than some Wanna-Be-OC forum coach acting like they know what they are doing.
