Which is both on the players and the coaching staff. When Romo went down they quit. That is clear. With the exception of a few players this team has laid down. Other teams lose their starting QB and still fight and claw. We quit.

Patrick Crayton said it all starts with Wade, what else to say.

This team quit before the season even started. We don't know why at this point, but I promise you something happened during the offseason or training camp to cause Phillips to lose the team. Thats really the only explanation at this point. Wade lost the team somewhere along the line but you are right, they are all mentally weak. At this point, there are only 8-10 players that are worth keeping around. Too many got their money and could care less about their performance anymore.

This has been a mentally weak team for a long time. Parcels even said it...just some dumb guys and guys who think that they rock when they really are just JAGs.

That it actually starts with Jerry.
Under Parcells, he was too mean, the players couldn't handle it. Under Wade, he's too soft, they can't clean their own diapees.

Same crap different port-o-pottie.

all NFL teams are a reflection otheir Head Coach, so yes they are soft and mentally weak just like coach "cupcake" Wade Phillips ... :(

And moron owner

The players are a reflection of themselves. It's time to start drafting "Steelers" type players. Ones who would rather die than lose. When Michigan DE LaMarr Woodley went into the draft, I thought to myself, "This is a "Steelers" type of player". He didn't have the prototypical size for an NFL LB, he just produced huge numbers of sacks, TFLs, & FFs. As a Buckeyes fan, I respected him for his refusal to lose, and his all-out effort even in a loss.

These are the kind of players the Cowboys seem to shy away from. They want the "all flash & no substance" kind of players. Well, we've seen where those guys get you. As much as I despise Ray Lewis for getting away with murder, at least he rallies his teammates to win, like he did last week against the Falcons.

Our only problem is that, no matter how high our draft picks are, our GM is also our owner. He hasn't picked a SB team since Jimmy left...& he's not about to fire himself.

I'm starting to wonder if there is some kind of division in the locker room that we don't know about?

And it was all blamed on TO when he was here....

Just kidding. I have no idea what is going on with this team and if there is a division in the locker room or not. Just thought i would throw that TO tidbit in there for some thought

Go back to Crayton interview, alot stems from Wade not stepping on the necks of the young guys who's heads arent in it. You can prolly giess who they are.
