Hey feel free to move this, but I thought I would share.

I met Randy White in Abilene today and got his signature and took a picture with him.

Great guy, he is still huge, looks like he could still play.

I asked what his greatest memory of playing was. And he said recieving Co-MVP of the Super Bowl. He also teased me that I had on a Rams shirt, but its for my college Angelo State not St. Louis.

outstanding!!!

randy was an unstoppable force...

he does still look like he could suit it up..

I always have said that if I ever get into a fight, and I'm allowed to choose one Dallas Cowboy to fight alongside me....I'd choose Randy White.

Yes, out of all the Cowboys that have played, I'd choose White.

i remember years ago they had a show with celebrities boxing..

randy got in the ring with joe klecko..former jets defensive lineman.

randy was pounding this guy and joe ducked and had this look on his face like ...."help mommy!" :lmao2:

joe klecko is a pretty damn good size man too.

I concur... he was a bad man...

I remember a preseason game many years ago against GB. One of the OL cheap shotted White. White ripped the guys helmet off and started chasing him and swinging it at him. An OL has never run so fast...

BTW... White was asked who he would take in a dark alley with him to a fight. He said Staubach...

There was a game years ago against the Eagles...Randy was not involved in the play and yet he ran clear across the field and ran the guy down from behind.

He NEVER gave up on the play till the whistle blew.

One of my all time favorite players.

Was part of many GREAT Cowboys' teams in the mid to late 70's and mid 80's! That's when I became a fan!!

The Manster...what a great nickname for a great player.

I wonder what he would have played like under Chuck Noll or a system where he didn't have to read and react.

Way to go Eric...congrats. :)
