I read at some point earlier in the season that he was one of the top rated Cs in the league. This is a big loss for them.

He’s a different dude at center.

somehow he is one of the top centers in the league. With a torn ACL and Biadasz a free Agent next season say hello to your next center

PFF has Connor Williams as 1st Team All Pro C.
Good for him. Always miscast at G, IMO. More quick than strong. Had a very good game stuffing Donaldson once.

He found a home at center. The backup is awful.

Dang tough loss. Read an interesting quote earlier - a center rarely wins you games but can absolutely lose them for you.

I expect a ton of a gap blitzing during that game

Conner Williams turned into a very good player for us and for Miami. He struggled as a rookie and too many fans made up their minds he was bad. When he improved nobody noticed. Or wanted to notice.

Agreed. The penalties were an issue but overall he was a solid contributor for the cowboys, even better in Miami.

Your thinking of Connor McGovern. Former cowboys McGovern we play this week (buffalo) and the other McGovern we played earlier this year (center for the jets)
