Micah doesn't plan to hold out for a new contract

Obviously, his agent will have a lot to say about this. But I figured all of those 'fans' who constantly criticize players who seek the ridiculous money they rightly deserve would be celebrating this statement. Isn't this what you wanted him to say and do?
Yes

He also said he doesn't feel the need to set the market, but someone else said the same thing and look at where we are now.
At least he hasn't told everyone he doesn't play for the money, so he's not completely full of spit

We'll see if it's the truth or not when the time comes. He should get the benefit of the doubt for now. Unlike certain people involved with the Cowboys, he's not a serial liar.

Cowboys DE Micah Parsons said he doesn't plan to hold out even if a new contract isn't done in the offseason. "I think I'll still be around. I don't know what the coaching is going to be like. At some point, if I got to learn a new scheme. I would love to have (Mike) Zimmer back. ... He has done a tremendous job. I would love to have him back. But if they do change or he just feels like he's ready to go with the horses, I got to learn a new scheme. I got to be around guys. ... There's a chemistry part. ... I still gotta be there for that part."

Of course not. He has kids to feed.

His cap hit is 55M when they convert 35M into bonus.

What I am trying to say is, they're not converting any of it into bonus. It's staying at 90M or close to it. They want it at 90M. Why would they restructure it? If they wanted a lower cap hit, they would have switched out the 1st year with the 3rd year. Instant 30M. But they didn't. They chose to have the cap hit that high next year for a reason. If they restructure his cap next year, they're taking an extra step they never had to take. It would make no sense.

Here is his contract.

1. 89m
2. 67m
3. 61m
4. 71m

The 89 is there for a reason. If they wanted more cap space, they would have switched out #1 for #3. That would remove all need for a restructure.
