If it's as a whole is it not due to the stars/leaders? Micah fits that description so yes, it's a guarantee. We don't fall off due to Damone Clark or jalen Tolbert
We also don't fall off due to one player on one side of the ball. He has been MIA late in the season. But no player is going to get a lot of pressures or sacks when the defense can't stop the run.

Again, I find it funny Cowboy fans run their mouth about Jerry but make excuses just like him. Guarantee Jerry will say something similar this off-season describing Micah. Excuses runs from Jerry to fans. Brilliant business man

I don't see it as a guarantee. What I see is that the Cowboys as a whole trail off towards the end of the season. We seem to always go into the playoffs at our worst.
Maybe that doesn't mean this year that's gonna happen what if this is like 2018 are you gonna use that for that year we started off three and five went ten and six and went to the second round of the playoffs...

This year could be the year that things are completely the opposite you know the Black Mirror type stuff how the hell do we go on the road in beat anyone. But we're three and oh this year on the road and we're getting blasted at home which is completely opposite of what's truly going on we had a lot of injuries up front players are coming back how do you know that this won't be a year like 2018 where somehow we get on a roll late and somehow this season gets turned around you're going to say well I need I see all I needed to see that's not how the NFL works we don't know how we're going to meet each team each week and how that matchup is gonna end up we don't know who's going to be missing who's coming back it's weird bounces game of inches all that crud applies...

stranger things have happened.

I think the FO is delighted to have Micah on the sidelines. No playing = no stats. If Micah finishes the year with only 6 sacks, Jerry figures he can lowball Micah at the bargaining table.
....lol...yep, I bet the guy holds out, as its the Defacto nowadays.

Now they trailed off in the beginning of the season and get rested starters back later in the season. I think it just depends on their health and the heath of the other teams in their division.

The old Parsons would have found a way into Sunday night's game. This new Parsons is more worried about sound bites on his podcast. Time to trade and move on from Boy Wonder.

But what you put in bold just never happens. It's football 101. It's akin to expecting a QB to pass for a lot of yards when their run game can't be stopped. You're not passing for a lot of yards.

Too much to ask the future highest paid non qb ever to make a play in the run game. I get it......I get it. My bad

It makes no sense to play him when he isn't ready. They need him healthy for the divisional matchups.

I understand. We can't stop the run, but you want Parsons to get sacks.
No I want him to make an impact. But apparently sacks is all he's good for. Yet he always has TJ watts name in his mouth about how he's better lol. Jerry loves you, seriously

He's not TJ Watt. I don't expect TJ Watt play out of him. Parsons is a good to very good player, not a great player. He meets my expectations. You're the one that expects more.

What makes no sense is the fact that the Cowboys haven't floated his name as a possible trade candidate. Parsons has been a beast for the most part, but since the NFL has figured out how to neutralize him, Parsons hasn't been that one man wrecking crew that he used to be. Why not put his name out there and see if they get any serious bite. If the Cowboys keep Parsons and end up signing him to some outrageous mega contract, it's only going to hurt and hamper the team's ability to be competitive in their own division. Especially since it appears that Washington is now one of the Big Dogs in the Eastern Division.
