Video: Micah Parsons Exposes DeMarcus Lawrence For Going Bankrupt!

I had no idea he was bankrupt. Some of it makes sense now... it was obviously more about money than we thought.
Uh, how? That's what the video didn't tell us.

The shorter distance is actually the opposite as I mentioned previously.

I mean, my bad. I get the timeline is a little off. But I think this does still give us some insight into the tiff between Tank and Parsons.

Sure, OK, but what was that about?
I don't know but the most logical thing I can think of is they had different approaches or philosophies about how to go about things on defense and simply butted heads until it boiled over.

Interesting info, if true. Gives some perspective on the DLaw exit and drama with Parsons.

Well, that was stupid. Parsons made zero references to Lawrence's financial problems. Lawrence is the only one who talked about that and he did it years ago.

I mostly try to avoid these content creators looking for clicks and this reinforced why. That was a clickbait title for that video.

Yep. Many folks on the forum ate the Cheese. I never click on crap like this. If it shows up on NFL.COM I will click on it.

Good video, can’t imagine it’s easy to adjust to so much wealth so quickly. And I didn’t know the rivalry went on so long.
I remember Dlaw buying a bright blue Lambo years ago. Like you have a nice contract but enough for a Lambo?….

Just hype

DLaw was a money hungry idiot and Parsons is a money hungry smart guy

Next 2-3 years will show us who Parsons is. He has already recanted on the one statement he made about not having to be the highest paid defensive player in NFL history. I dont have a lot of faith in him.

He is stupid, plain and simple. Either you are smart enough to understand the situation and manage accordingly or you will be dumb enough to act like a tard and lose it.

GREAT video. I highly encourage everyone to watch it completely. I know it's almost 20 minutes long but there is priceless info in there. The feud between Parsons and DLaw fully explained.
Meh. Kinda dumb if you ask me: DLaw's financial struggles = a rift between him and Micah?

Kind of a reach. They probably just didn't really care for each other as people- and when the Defense stunk, fingers got pointed back & forth. Like anywhere else, in any business.

Am I taking crazy pills? Nothing Parsons said or did has anything to do with Dlaw’s financials. This is a clickbait video, he keeps alluding to something that never comes

And Micah wasn’t ever a Cowboy when Dlaw went broke. When Parsons got to Dallas, Lawrence was counting his fat stacks
:hammer:......I can't believe people even listen to this crap.

There is a lot to cover in this video.

I never took DLaw's comments about not winning a SB in Dallas as a shot at Micah. I took it as a shot at the organization in general.

Honestly, I think DLaw was more talk than production, a problem that seems to exist too often in Dallas.

As for his money situation, my advice to anyone coming into a lot of money is don't hire someone to manage your finances and then relinquish all responsibility to him. DLaw asked why his accountant waited to tell him he was broke, but I would bet his accountant tried to warn him many times. And if he didn't then he should have fired the guy immediately. At the same time, don't leave it all to an accountant or a spouse. Pay attention to your money, even if you let someone else manage it. No one will value your money as much as you do, no matter how much you trust that person. I hear these sob stories about athletes going broke but on closer examination it turns out they were all irresponsible and didn't understand that even $10 million is not a bottomless pit. When you buy houses and cars for friends and family, the money goes quickly.

Finally, on the Parsons - DLaw feud, I don't know how much of this is real and how much is speculation. Sure Parsons responded to DLaw's comments about Dallas after he left. Parsons took it as a shot at the team, which it was, and he felt like he had to defend the team. I can see that. At this point, I am fine with DLaw leaving. He is another player I think was overrated in Dallas. Good luck to him in Seattle and for Dallas it is time to move on.

Firstly, anyone who gets 100 mil and then goes broke is beyond idiot. Secondly, no way is this his accountant's fault. That's stupid. Thirdly, it's impossible to take anyone seriously who wants to name himself after some silly band, two of whom have gone to prison.

In conclusion: DLaw, shut up.

This is such a misleading and exaggerated video. Nothing in this video is related and it is overly dramatic. DL was franchised in 2018 and signed a massive contract in 2019. MP wasn't drafted till 2021 and was not around during DLs "financial crisis". There was no insight what so ever as to why the two were beefing in the first place. Hack reporting and click bait tittle.

True. I'm not even bashing DLaw. I understand where he's coming from and wish him well. Hopefully he manages his money like an Amish person his second time around because he has a chance to make his money work for him so he never works again or he can blow it. These guys need finance classes..all this bling culture puts all their wealth into liabilities and now they aren't rich; they just look rich.

If I were DLaw, I'd learn as much about money as I could. He could win at money if he understood how it worked.
Yes, going forward, hopefully DLaw throws silver dollars around like a manhole cover.
