I can't help but think Micah likes DQ. You would think these two would talk, and DQ would offer him some advice on his social tweets and talk about what the team is trying to build. Who knows, that said, there is a part of me given all of Micah's tweets that your comment may be on the right track.

Maybe DQ is wondering why he can't have shinny toys as well.

I have no doubt he loves DQ but that isn't going to mean a thing when its time to choose the best place to continue your career. DQ may not even still be in the building at that point and even if he is, he can't change the circus and lack of desire to go all in to win.

I think Micah should think about asking for a trade to a more competent team, that will give him the chance to win a SB, because of course the first aspiration of a player is to be paid what he is worth (many ask for more than what they are worth) and second to win a SB, Micah in this team will be a wasted talent, in a team that does not want to win a SB, that is just waiting to see if they get more super talents like Micah in the draft to see if that is enough for them, but even then they are not even aggressive and smart in the draft, they just wait for something good to come along, as was the case with Micah, the cowboys did not draft him for strategy, they drafted him because they was lucky but they had other players in mind before Micah. these owners are not interested in winning a SB, only in making money, they don't care about the fans, only their ego, their brains are not enough to know what to do, it's pathetic, if Micah wants to win a SB and have his talent transcend, he should ask to be traded to another team, it's the best thing for him. They could make a lot of excuses as to why they couldn't trade for Ramsen, but I don't think it's money, since they have paid a lot of inept people a lot of money to prove nothing, and Ramsey is a Top 10 CB.

Thing is jones boys wont let him go as long as he is playing good.
At end of his contract they can tag him for 2 more years.

He would have to refuse to play and demand a trade or play soft on the field. let it be known publicly he wants off the team.

yeah the cooper trade was personal, not strategic . Cooper did not bow down to king jones, so the king banished him to cleveland.
There are many things jones boys do that dont make sense.

I am just now starting to realize, that the jones boys are lazy, and dont put in the required hours and work to be good at their jobs.
They are part time employees, because they own the company.
to hear them talk, they talk like they work 100 hours a week, but in actuality, more like 20 hours a week, and most of that is the radio show
and talking to media lol.
Other gm's and DOP's are working 60 hours a week or more.

Micah watched us stand pat last year while the Eagles loaded up and went to a SB and he's expecting the same thing, and with every decent upgrade that goes to another team he's realizing that we're going to do it again. People telling him to shut up just don't get the frustration of slowly realizing you're on a train to nowhere and have no way to get off. Sorry Micah, you're stuck with these fools until your contract and the tags are used up. Sadly, you'll probably be used up by then too.

I prefer he did that rather than make somewhat 'passive' aggressive comments on Twitter after EVERY player signs everywhere else. He is the Champion of win now ethos and certainly advocated a support of the idea that players should put winning over $$$, however, it's unclear whether this would be the case for himself when he's up to be paid.

Shaming the Jones with negative publicity may be the best way forward.
