Micah is legit the only player on this team that seems to hate losing, and it has sealed his fate here. This just isn't the place for him. If you ain't into accepting mediocrity, you will not be part of the fam.
This. It shows how low this fan base has sunk that some people are actually OFFENDED he has the gall to want to win and he doesn't just fall in line behind our idiot owner. Honestly I have come to believe this fan base is getting nothing but mediocrity because it accepts mediocrity. We have so many passive fans. I don't get it.

Love it that Micah is as pissed as Dallas fans are. Parsons will eventually leave Dallas because he will wan to win a SB as Demarcus Ware did.
The irony would be if several years of playing for this team that is run by a bunch of incompetents motivates him to sign with a team that is aggressive, intelligently run, and wants to win........the Eagles. Can you imagine? What a day that would be good grief.

So what your saying is Micah should be a yes sir man. Shut his mouth guy and follow the herd. That's the problem with the Cowboys, NOBODY speaks up and things get pushed under the rug. I'm glad the dude is speaking up, I only wish he would fire a warning shot across the bow of Dak Prescott saying step up or get out!
I will never understand why this fan base (and the media) has so many people who are afraid to say anything. It must be a regional thing having to do with the Texas area, like a respecting authority thing maybe? That sort of passive attitude would never fly where i live. It's so strange.

is it that they are afraid to say anything or is it that saying anything doesn't matter and so its a waste of their time? I think the local media has been much more critical as of late (based on what i have read and other accounts).

Jerry is beyond stubborn - he would rather do it "his way" and lose , and thats his prerogative

Like I posted before and what others have said in this thread, Parsons will probably be gone. He's to smart to stick around this clown show of an organization. Dude sounds like he wants to win in the worst way.

Just because you go on Twitter and are a social media junky means he’s the only guy? I’ve seen this whole team be pissed after losses. Kearse gives a damn. Lewis gives a damn. Y’all eat up Micah’s social media post and confuse it with caring about winning. If he did he’d be busting down Jerry’s doors with demands. But he doesn’t. Because essentially he’s fine with how things are. And he too will demand being the highest paid non quarterback in the league…..

He won’t go anywhere lol. I’ve seen these guys before lol. They do all this and when it’s time to get paid they take every single cent they can. He knows he makes most of his money in Dallas.

Oh so the other 52 members of the team don't care about winning because they don't spout off on social media that in the end serves no purpose...Tell us how trashing the Jets quarterback helps the Cowboys win.....
I love Micah but the narrative that he’s the only one who cares about winning is becoming annoying and nauseating. Cowboys don’t win because a lack of players not wanting to win. Most of these guys were winners before they got here. This team hasn’t won in 28 years and last I checked these guys were in diapers or not even born yet. Maybe the GM owner doesn’t have that hunger.

I think it's some kind of bizarre delusion or group think or living in a fantasy world. Look at attendance - people keep showing up to the games and supporting the owner. That would NEVER happen in some other places of the country. Commanders fans are in the same boat as Dallas fans - held hostage by incompetent ownership - but at least the Commander fans stopped going to the games. I just don't get it.

The Cowboys are not making that trade, but it has nothing to do with free agency, the draft pick, or perceived value. It is 100% about salary and only having the player for 1 year at that big salary before losing him or breaking the bank. Every team has a salary structure. If Ramsey doesn’t fit in our salary structure by position, then no way we’d be able to resign him. We may not like it, but giving up a 3rd rounder for a 1 year rental or resigning Ramsey and possibly not being able to resign Lamb or Diggs or Parsons…..it maybe just doesn’t make sense.
The children don't seem to be able to grasp it's about more than the draft pick.

AT&T vs FEDEX are two very different experiences - our stadium blows theirs out of the water and the expereince of going to the game is still one of the best live one in all of sports. There is something to be said about an incredible stadium attracting attendance. Additionally, the team is usually pretty good during the regular season (as of late) so its not a "bad product" compared to a lot of other teams that struggle with attendance.

I do also wonder if fans are hoping jerry is very close to the end and just tyring to hang on...dunno.

Exactly. . . it is getting real old. Micah has only been here for 3 years . . . He is not numb to the status quo

I always prayed someone would speak the truth . . . l I am gonna support Micah 100

Ever since His 1st Press conference and He held Court and had Jerry Speechless I have been a Fan
Im a fan of Micah as well but dont sit behind your keyboard and think Micah is doing this by some sense of leadership or some sense of I am hungry to win. That is a small part of it. micah does this because he loves the attention. Micahs efforts on the field are hard to beat (although i want to see him not get stonewalled by the leagues best tackles). His efforts on twitter i can do without. he likes the spotlight and that was apparent long before he arrived in Big D

I think like most Dallas players, he will follow the money when it comes time to re-sign. It's one thing to want the team to make moves and an entirely different thing to turn down millions to leave in free agency. Lots of quality players' careers have died in Dallas because the Joneses threw an offer at them that they couldn't refuse. In fact, I don't know of any player Dallas has wanted to keep who turned the team down because he wanted to go to a team that wants to win ... players have signed elsewhere for more money, but not to be more competitive. They definitely would have stood a better chance of being successful elsewhere. Best thing that happened in Ware's career was the Cowboys deciding to let him go.

I think Micah should think about asking for a trade to a more competent team, that will give him the chance to win a SB, because of course the first aspiration of a player is to be paid what he is worth (many ask for more than what they are worth) and second to win a SB, Micah in this team will be a wasted talent, in a team that does not want to win a SB, that is just waiting to see if they get more super talents like Micah in the draft to see if that is enough for them, but even then they are not even aggressive and smart in the draft, they just wait for something good to come along, as was the case with Micah, the cowboys did not draft him for strategy, they drafted him because they was lucky but they had other players in mind before Micah. these owners are not interested in winning a SB, only in making money, they don't care about the fans, only their ego, their brains are not enough to know what to do, it's pathetic, if Micah wants to win a SB and have his talent transcend, he should ask to be traded to another team, it's the best thing for him. They could make a lot of excuses as to why they couldn't trade for Ramsen, but I don't think it's money, since they have paid a lot of inept people a lot of money to prove nothing, and Ramsey is a Top 10 CB.

Oh ok - if you are paying Jalen 22 you think Diggs is resigning for less ? Probably not
Also to reiterate - Jalen wanted Miami not Dallas
No, I don't...hence why I said we aren't paying Diggs 22....

Couldn't have said it better. Defending Daddy & Son's way of mediocrity is just embarrassing, and they are as quick to defend it after each failed season as Jerry is to voice his "full confidence" in players and personnel.
