Why are you down on Gallup?
He will be fine, and is solid at WR #2 or #3, depending how they utilize Cooks.
Tolbert is #4 WR, and he will not push Gallup for #3.

Gallup has never handled 2 he's at best a 3 wr, he was the 3rd worst separator in the league last year.

Because our starters have hung almost 50 TDs on this defense in training camp and y'all folks listening to National Media :lmao2: :lmao2:

Playing Starters in the Preseason is the end all be All....Sean McVey doesn't play starters as much either if any
They aren’t even listening to national media.

They are part of the loud minority listening to each other here in their own sub form. The fanzone doom and gloom echo chamber.

Someone please tell me why he’s not being forced to show in pre-season why he deserves to start in game 1 without proving a thing on the field first…he was one of the worst starting WR’s in the league last season. ONLY with this organization does this entitlement nonsense happen…just upsetting.
You seriously can't figure out? Nothing? Nada? You can't brainstorm this one out? You okay?

He's already earned his current contract and well should produce as well, now. I don't instead count on failure doubts as a clarifying element for projection.

There is a lot of missing and valid connections to go around, agreed.

The reports are saying he is tearing it up. I think they evaluate the guys based upon practice. The exhibition games are more for young players to have a chance. Tolbert absolutely stunk a year ago, they need to see him against other competition.
This group of coaches don't fly by sight alone, as do the 'knowledgeable' experts here degrading what is really going on...

The leaders already know how to judge talent and stages of development, which evidently is lacking in many of the expert doubters here.

I want to see it for real…other than maybe the real numbers regarding the kicking situation, I no longer trust anything that goes on at Camp Cupcake.
and if he dominated teams backups youd be saying it doesnt mean anything. its camp cupcake because they dont practice in the desert?

Gallup was also not fully healthy in 2022 after suffering that devastating knee injury in 2021. When healthy he gave defenses plenty of problems.

The more I look at Gallup’s situation and contract, the more I feel re-signing him was a huge mistake.

Because you don't learn anything about WRs in preseason games.

And that's besides the other point, which is that playing any veterans is stupid, every time.

Gallup has been a good starting WR before his injury. Ppl fail to realize he wasn't healthy last season or I'll say himself due to the ACL recovery. Gallup isn't getting pushed by Tolbert at the moment, so it shouldn't be a concern.
