Yes but he is trying to insert his agenda which was that McFadden was some teribble player which he has clearly shown he is not.

I was thinking about that during this game. Since Romo went down I think the team has done exactly the same with McFadden as it would have if DeMarco had resigned. Not that McFadden is a world beater, but neither guy would have carried the team once Romo went down.

We were supposed to replace Murray with AP. It didn't happen and they decided to role with Randle. Then Dez and Romo got hurt. Season ovah.....

Spare me the identity nonsense. The season was lost because you replaced Murray with crap and the QB went down. So you went from having some chance to no chance.

Agreed on the QB going down.

I actually don't think McFadden has been bad at all. If he'd been starting since day one, and getting the bulk carries sine day one, I believe he'd have about 1200-1300 yards right now.

Losing Romo sunk this season but that, as we've seen, has proven that there is a whole load of problems with this team, especially offensively.

I mean I know when you lose your elite, franchise, QB you're not going to be as good. Granted.

But they went from competitive and able to move the ball, and at least threaten all the time, to becoming complete crap offensively. All the sudden, without Romo, Beasley and Williams are completely ghosts in this offense.

Awful.

I am probably the only person who wishes Irvin would shut up. Delicate team chemistry? What is this? 7th grade girls basketball? Grow some...and go play football!

Not saying I agree with Irvin 100%, but it's not he doesn't have sources inside the lockerroom or knows what it's like. He has been pouting over Murray for 9 months now, which I think he just needs to move on from. The team is 4-10 due to having **** quarterback play from the backups. Is it 6 losses under 7 points now? We could of been 10-4 entering this Sunday if Romo could of avoided falling on his collarbone. Oh well.

Every thing went out the window when Romo went down.
Maybe the running game would have been better if Romo never got injured.
We'll see next year, assuming Romo stays healthy next year.

......was there a restructure of the Romo contract to salvage DMurray staying, while needing to sign Dez too.....If not, then chemistry went away and karma showed up.

Keep telling yourself that. It was the dumbest move I've seen Jerry make since Jimmy Johnson.

Never seen a fan base turn on guys performing well....the Murray move set the tone.....Dez will soon be the next TO due to all the hate.....JWitten will still get padded stats....Lee will miss more games......and Church/Wilcox will take the brunt of management/coaching ineptitude.....while undeserving will get more than they are worth. Get the paperbags, because JG can't change this....he can't win without Romo.

Murray wouldn't have made a difference. But not having an adequate QB made all the difference.

For those here who have issues with with the offensive scheme Mike also said in the pregame there's nothing wrong with the man beat man system and he has the rings to prove it. Or something like that.

All I know is this crap is close to unwatchable. We, as a team suck. This is worse than the Campo Years and the only thing I can compare it too is the 1-15 season in 1989. I mean if you put a high school team out there to play us, I have no confidence we could beat them. I dont know how we went from a superbowl contender to total garbage, but I know without Romo these last few years would have been largely different. I cant imagine Romo would have made this year a success but I know we would not be in such dire straights as we are in now. I mean this is pathetic. How anyone can defend the coaches, the play calling, the team in general. For those holding out out hope we can make to the playoffs, that ship never even sailed, it sunk in the ship yard. Heck I dont even feel comfy knowing we could have the #1 pick, we would manage to screw that up and draft the next Ryan Leaf the way this front office is building this team.

Im sick to my stomach, literally. Physically ill and in a bad mood I haven't been in in a long time. All because of this team. Man, we suck. Our coaching sucks, our secondary sucks our receivers suck, our running backs suck, our pass rushers suck. Thank god we have Baily, Hes the only one who doesn't suck and he cant win you more than 1-2 games a year at most.

UGGGG......I hate this.

so, If I am hearing you, we suck?

yeah, I think you heard me correctly.

Now after a nights sleep, things dont feel as bad as they did immediately after the game, but they are not rosey either. We still need a major overhaul.

They need some changes, surely...but, until the most important change happens, Garrett being bumped up to head cheerleader and bring in a guy that can run the ship, it won't matter what churnover they have...maybe it was just me, but Moore looked LIGHT-YEARS ahead of all of the other chaff they had at back-up QB...why wasn't he playing sooner? (obvious answer - no one that makes decisions for this team has a clue)...Moore wasn't perfect, but he showed the growing pains that a newbie goes through...the team had a chance in the game, where I didn't feel they had a chance for 2 months

Gonna disagree with you on these two. You do realize our defense is top 10 and so is our rushing game... right? McFadden has 6 100 yd games and the rushing game is the only thing that has kept our offense in any game this year because you are right about our receivers sucking.

Our pass rushers are 1 of the few bright spots on the team. They might not have a ton of sacks but they have created a ton of pressure and if we had corners that could cover more than 3 seconds would have many more sacks.

Yeah, were the king of Almost got there.....but. We get pressure, but no sacks and when the QB rolls out to buy time he has little issues, we dont force the QB to throw early like Dlineman do to us.

Numbers are great, Top 10 D with a 4-10 records looks great on the resume dont it. Wake up, Our pass rushers suck. 90 is coming on, Ill admit that. outside of Lawrence, who is getting to the QB with regularity? 1 maybe good pass rusher does not make the D line great, good or even average. It makes it SUCK.

and the thin is, while I agree that they need roster grades, I don't want this collection of "decision makers" making that decision, other than Will McClay...kick the clapper upstairs and let him bump Spaulding out of the back chair during games and bring in Sean Payton, and let him do what he needs to do....
