I hate Skip with a passion but love Mike so this one is tough with a capital T.

NFLN felt strong enough to suspend Irvin’s services after their investigation. Many of these type of misconduct or misbehavior in workplaces are unresolved but enough to take action against the accused.

If this had been against a personality without any history I might be more inclined to reconsider. I really doubt there are many fans beyond the Cowboys who are more sympathetic or supportive of Irvin.
You said the NFLN “has drawn theirs (conclusions)”

That’s untrue. You’ve drawn yours based on little to no evidence. Or you won’t share it. What have you seen other than the video we’ve all seen?

What evidence from that video helped you come to a conclusion? Tell me a detail that bothered you. Did you hear what the eyewitnesses said? If so why would you discount that? Because he’s been with hookers and cocaine?

Like I said in another post if this wasn’t a personality with numerous incidents with the law and history womanizing as such the NFLN , the hotel and public opinion might have been more hesitant of drawing such conclusions and or the actions taken.

Most likely since Irvin had history he was probably on watch for any misbehavior as such. And why being out at 2 am on the road by himself admittedly drinking wasn’t the best judgement on his part.

And guilty until proven innocent is part of living life in the public eye. Good news is their celebrity status often prevents them from as serious convictions as the average joe. It’s just the public perception which is damaging which in his case was already damaged goods.
Ok. There’s no legal crime. You’ve convicted him for harassing the girl. What evidence do you have to be sure he did it?

This is a genuine question. I’ve been waiting for some kind of evidence and you talk like you’ve hearts or seen more than us. Please share.

Please though, if your evidence is only personal bias let me know.

But that carries much weight. Much like any known personality with previous history. He doesn’t have a clean slate.

You can’t place yourself in compromising position or circumstances.
He was at a hotel bar with many people around.

How’s that a compromising position?

Her testimony versus his testimony was the difference for me. Did you read what he was alledged to have said to her?

At the very least it was improper behavior. Especially using the ethnic sexually explicit suggestive words.

If you’re a celebrity of his status and prior history to boot and admittedly drinking at 2 am I’d highly recommend surrounding yourself with a friendly escort or entourage to refrain from such public confrontations .

There has been other evidence and links in this thread to her testimony and excerpts from it. You’ve missed much since yesterday . Brush up and get back to me .

In the video didn’t she walk up to and seek him? I thought she may have been looking around corners so she could try to “run into him?”

Was that after whatever he said or when he said it?

I just read it the thread. I can’t see one person’s post because I had to ignore him after he cried to mods.

Can you just tell me?

I’m referring to what he said to her. The ethnic sexual innuendos.

No I can’t tell you. Mods warned me . It’s not allowed verbiage. You’ll have to read the link.

I think that’s before the video was released that appeared to show her continually seeking him out.

Maybe I saw it wrong, but I thought others saw it that way as well. Maybe it was out of sequence or something? What was your account of the video?

Also, the eyewitness did say they didn’t see him do anything wrong-if I’m not mistaken.
