I think that’s before the video was released that appeared to show her continually seeking him out.

Maybe I saw it wrong, but I thought others saw it that way as well. Maybe it was out of sequence or something? What was your account of the video?

Also, the eyewitness did say they didn’t see him do anything wrong-if I’m not mistaken.

The video basically confirmed they had contact. And when she was pulling away supported what her testimony said .

I think some were looking for a physical confrontation but that wasn’t the case. There wasn’t anything criminal in this case.

It was just inappropriate behavior . The ethnic verbiage sexual reference was the most damaging . Along with him saying he’d look for her again. And since it was a hotel employee not a hipster at the bar looking for an opportunity or some fan it was reported to her superiors and HR.

People were looking for a physical confrontation because Irvin's team tried to make it about something physical. However, when Mike gave that radio interview, he said it from his own mouth that it was about what he said getting him into trouble with the hotel. So Irvin's team made a big stink about the video knowing the tape wouldn't show anything physical so they could then say, "Ah ha! See? Nothing physical!" when it was never about that and always about what Irvin said. This is why Irvin's lawyer lied about their press conference being the first time Mike spoke about the incident publicly to try to bury the incriminating radio interview Mike did prior.
