You think that because above all else -- you wish you could go after Romo pretty hard. The difference is - Dez gets it.

I was actually defending Romo. No QB should have to deal with that nonsense. Just because I don't believe in his talent, that doesn't mean I can't be objective.

He did it for about two hours straight. You can't organize and adjust during a game with a wild hyena screaming at everybody non stop.

Don't see the problem since we can't "organize and adjust" even when Dez isn't going off, which has been displayed the past 3 years.

These quotes are taken out of context. They make Irvin seem more critical of Dez than he really was.

lol, great thread.

I love how we have 4 pages about what Dez did, didn't do, should have done, etc..

Why is that funny to me?

Because no one on this forum still has any clue what was being said..

Yet everyone wants to talk like they know exactly what was going down.. good stuff.

I guess I am on the 'wrong" side......but I am tired of this team losing, and I don't really care why or what caused the outburst, just glad somebody showed some "real fire" out there, call me an idiot, but at least my team wouldn't be content with losing.

I agree. He was totally frustrated and vented. Maybe it was ill-timed and childish, but he vented because of frustration. It's the same old - same old and he's pissed about it. I get that.

That Brady incident was the first thing I thought about when the Dez situation occurred and started generating a lot of talk by television/radio commentators.

Of course, the rings are the great equalizer - or in this case, unequalizer.

Michael Irvin: "I truly will talk to Dez about this. You can't go after the quarterback. I have never gone after Troy [Aikman]."

Michael Irvin said he talked to people in the #Cowboys camp. Dez Bryant doesn't have a problem with Witten or Romo. "He wants the football."
Michael Irvin: "Guys are telling me that [Dez Bryant and Tony Romo] were embracing on the bus ride and going to the plane talking about it."

Michael Irvin would emote on the sideline but he was always careful not to involve Troy Aikman. Says he will advise Dez do same

But you can go after anybody else.. Notice Mike didn't say Dez couln't blow up on the sidelines nor did he deny he never did it...

Pretty much every Patriot game I see Tom is going off about something.

He's pretty intense.

If you read Witten's lips you can see that he says "then go away" three times.

Also, will Dez be fined for the F bomb into the camera? It's akin to giving the finger to fans. A precedented no-no.
