Mike essentially said a loss would be good for the Cowboys so they can refocus prior to heading into the postseason. I understand his point but definitely do not agree.

Yeah, I think he's just remembering his nineties teams and how they functioned. They got humbled every year and lost a few games on their way to Super Bowls. As dominant as they were, they sometimes got home field advantage by the skin of their teeth.

That said, I think this team is different. They have faced adversity in the locker room and on the field. They are a different breed than the nineties teams, and I think Garrett keeps them more humbled and focused than Jimmy kept their predecessors.

The Playmaker, but I think he's wrong on this one. I get the sense these guys hate to lose.
