Right tackle Michael Oher lasted just one season into the four-year, $20 million contract signed with the Tennessee Titans last March.

If cheap I would mind this guy for some depth or a replacement if we don't retain Free

The situation you're in and line chemistry makes a huge difference too. He had something at one point (haven't followed him much, but he was starting at LT for the Raven's a couple years back), maybe being next to two young pro bowl players in Martin and Frederick would make his job much simpler

He was an alright left tackle and decent right tackle. I think he got it into his head he is very good tackle and wanted LT money with the Ravens. He was the swing tackle though, if the LT got hurt he moved to the left. I think all the flip flopping and uncertainty messed with his technique.

I thought he looked amazing early in, but something just changed with him. Mentally, physically, motivation, something changed. For the worse. I hope for his sake that this quick release is the wake up call to revive his career.

I watched him on the Titans this past year quite a bit and he was horrible. Horrifically bad. Maybe he has gotten complacent with the NFL life and workload?
