Mickey: Do Not Minimize Dak's Availability

Imagine a QB helping the offense score 48 points, throwing 5 touchdowns and over 500 yards yet being blamed in a 51-48 loss after throwing an interception when an offensive lineman trod on his foot!

Right...Romo was a walk on. Maybe no "pedigree" but an overachiever nonetheless.

Eli? One of the luckiest SOB---er QB's to ever take the field. Big o-line, bruiser RBs, WR's that would hunt down his floating bombs. Good defense.

Pedigree...sure. But a lot of good players around him.
Sounds like having a good GM is considered lucky.

Keep telling yourself that.
They had no salary cap and could do what ever they wanted to do. Along with what seems to be 100 draft picks.
It was not all Jimmy.
It was definitely all Jimmy. Jerry just signed checks.

Jimmy's idea to trade Herschel Walker.

Troy had the same GM.
This has been debated at length, do you really believe those teams were built the same...even if we take out the GM no cap had alot to do with it. Now Troy is Troy and Dak is Dak but those 90's team were FAR AND AWAY better, hell most of the backups would have started on other playoff teams.

It was actually both of them collaborating.
Again, keep telling yourself it was all Jimmy, to justify your belief.
If your definition of Collaborating is Jimmy convincing Jerry, I will agree with you.

Was the Trance trade collaboration with MM?

who was the last coach to cut a player without telling Jerry? Hell Jimmy was about to Bench troy to put pressure on him...there is a reason Jerry is broke because Jimmy broke his ego.

I guess you are unaware that is what most Head Coaches do. Only in Dallas do you need permission to do your job as a HC.
