Not sure if this is the correct forum, but considering how vulnerable Windows boxes are to this it's important.
You can download the patch via Windows update or through Microsoft here.
This addresses the vulnerability of wmf files, to be infected you simply need to view an infected file in Windows Fax viewer or on a website, simply disabling wmfs doesn't work as a hacker could rename it as a jpeg. It got so bad that unscrupulous people were putting the exploit on banner ads that even made it's way to Google's frontpage. Quite a nasty hole this was.
Edit: - Forgot to add, if you want to check to see if you're vulnerable, here's a good test from grc. Excellent site BTW - They have other tests (Unplug N Pray), Messenger, etc. I'd reccomend them as a bookmark
