i'm no expert on college talent. but usually look at highlight reels of the players we draft. much to llke about young weber.
He is a good back and so is Pollard but they're not Elliott level and the question is does a team have to have a back at that level.
I would take Kamara over Elliott but that's only because of how he is used. Switch the backs and I'd probably want Elliott.
Elliott came out of college as one of the best prepared backs for the NFL in history and his college coach used him better as a weapon than Linehan ever did....except in one game against MI.
I may be guilty of wishful thinking but my positive feeling about Moore is he learned some things from Linehan but more importantly learned what not to do. Don't underutilize weapons and in this case, the QB is a weapon as well. Now, whether he gets his orders not to run the 32M man remains to be seen.
Good OC's use the weapons that were given and great OC's max those weapons. The reason Thomas will be the highest paid is because his HC and QB made him that. Same with Hogan in NE and Thielen in MIN. Nobody saw this coming with these 3 WR's except their coaches.
Doesn't matter what they pay Cooper. If they allow him to be taken out of games, they overpaid him.
