Im seriously in the lane of if a player takes a second contract here he has said "I dont like winning" no player or HC for that matter would sign on with this FO if winning were anywhere on thier needs list.

Lots of different opinions on this one, but the desire to win…like a Mike Irvin type of desire….is rare now that salaries have gotten way out of line.

It sucks for fans, but in a way it’s their job and you don’t necessarily need to win to be financially successful. Used to be you needed to be a winner to have something like a future media gig. Now, they don’t need those. Winning is just not a burning desire for too many of them, and that’s where the HC really comes into play….

In our case, for all intents and purposes, that’s Jerry…..and he has proven to them many times over that you don’t need to win to get the bag.

and i get that the players mind sets have changed over the decades and probably for good reason on thier part...but once you take the bag here dont utter the words "Im here to win" no your not its not possible under this FO's current structure and you knew that when you took the bag.
