If Manziel is there at 16 I would probably take him based on his trade value. There might not be enough time to get the best offer during our pick. With the second round a day later, teams would have a whole night to come up with a package for Manziel. HOU, OAK, CLE and MINN all have early 2nd picks and may want him.

No, you wouldn't. You wouldn't electrify your fan base and then two days later trade him for tackle and a player to be named later.
