Meaning, the team was gonna win whomever was the coach because of that talent.

Since Dallas did it the one time with Barry (but with Jimmys talent) Jerry has remained stuck in that time warp thinking he assembled that talent.

This is a horribly coached football team.

Name one improvement this team has made compared to last season.

McCarthy HAS to be gone at the end of this year.

Cant blame the coach, multiple injuries and lousy play, period!!!

The Cowboys talent on defense with injuries considered has been 1989 level bad...

Respect your opinion but I also stand firmly in mine which is "regardless of injuries or talent level" this HC and his defenses of Capers, Nolan or whomever as his DC has been historically bad.
Even worse in the playoffs at his last job save the trophy year.
This fundamental disconnect with defense and him being HC goes far beyond injuries or talent level.

Again, just my opinion
