he was always about the process and not about the end results. That will get any coach fired. This is a results business.Nobody gives a hoot about process if the results are bad year in year out. MM better take note.

if said lengthy players are talented, hey thats great. Then its the best of both worlds. But more time than not, you trust the tape and pick the best football player, regardless. We focused on length with Byron Jones and while he was good, he wasnt near good enough. In this league you need quick ball hawk db's that can cover and get the ball. Not sure we fixed this.

Bottom line Dallas got players on defense they wanted, that can fit into what they want. I expect this defense to vastly improve over last season. I can recall a time where people would complain about putting the round peg and trying to put it in the square hole, well Dallas got the players to fit into what they want. not what fans want, not what fans think but what the coaches on this team want and frankly that is all that matters outside of results.
