I thought that for a couple of years with Tyron, but I think this year will be his last with the Cowboys. This is his last year with this team!!
Well, I do believe this is the last year of his contract, so there might be something to that. His extension was through 2023, but with all the restructures and such, he might have a couple years tacked on.I thought that for a couple of years with Tyron, but I think this year will be his last with the Cowboys.
This being the last year of his contract and him continuing to miss games with injuries, along with his neck acting up again, should spell the end for him with the Cowboys.Well, I do believe this is the last year of his contract, so there might be something to that. It was a flare up of an old neck injury he had a few years back. I heard he wanted to play yesterday, but the trainers weren't happy with how he reacted to pre-game checks and they made him sit.Gotta ask again….does anyone know exactly how or when this neck injury occurred?
How exactly can someone they go out of their way to protect get hurt during a bye week??
That would be "Common Sense", something this organization lacksThis is not the week to put Asim Richards in at left tackle. Philly's edge rushers would be a nightmare for a rookie.
If neither Tyron or Chuma Edoga can go, I think Tyler Smith at left tackle and then maybe T.J. Bass or even Richards at guard makes better sense.
That and not signing a veteran kicker. That was another question.I can't believe people are surprised by this. The Cowboys should have anticipated this happening, kept Tyler at LT, and found a decent player for G/C. That way, if they felt the urge to keep Tyron, he would make a good back up. I was very surprised they came out of camp with Tyron as their starter at LT. It made no sense then and raises more questions as what the front office is doing.
Pointed out numerous times about the kicking situation. That would be "Common Sense", something this organization lacks
Their pot of good fortune was fully used up on the recovery from that one. That and not signing a veteran kicker. That was another question.
More than likely he retires after this year. The Cowboys won't do anything before then. We're in the third year of it's time to move on. Pull the trigger.
Not until the season ends. For now we need the depth. We're in the third year of it's time to move on. Pull the trigger.
