The team can't wait for boy genius Parker to figure it out. Chance that he might not have it at all.
Solution - Hire Mike Pettine now. Demote or fire Parker.
I understand that is a rash move but this team is a melting iceberg and they need to win now. Pettine might be nuts but for 1-2 years he will definitely spin up a decent defense.
