It's the same injury Parsons had before he got traded to GB.

Steelers removed him from PUP back on August 31 so he should be close to playing.

One of the reasons he's been out was also listed as "non football related". In other words, the Steelers were protecting him from injury by making him inactive, so they could trade him.
