So basically Capers will be the guy we bring in.

This team still lacks leadership and thats what bothers me about not switching coaches more than anything.

I like Wade but he isn't the type of Coach that the Dallas Cowboys require to have ultimate success.

Im not overly concerned about the Offense but I am worried about some of the things we do offensively.

Jason has to learn that he has to get the ball in Owens hands on shorter routes.

5'10 190lb DB's just don't match up and he can literally bully guys.

Jason is smart enough to figure out his flaws but I just wish Jerry would strike while the Iron is hot and bring in one of the better play callers in the NFL (Shanahan) and stop trying to develop a coach with a team that is ready for bigger things.

Now is not the time to play Patty Cake. We need a strong leader and we dont have that.

If we focus on other candidates and then decide Wade isn't the answer and we hire one of the other candidates then we aren't getting Shanhan in 2010.

Capers might not be there next year. He is interviewing for the Packers Def. Coordinator job and is the leading candidate according to Adam Schefter. I would loved to have Capers. I thin another poster said that we should have Garret as the HC, Capers DC (he will bring along this guy who is his right hand man-forgot his name) and Al Saunders as OC. I think that will be a good staff in 2010.

If he's like me he just means he's not going to bother becoming emotionally involved with this team until they rid us of Wade Philips. If Jerry wants next year to be a "throw away" year that's his business but I'm not about to start drinking the kool-aid again and believe we have a chance next year.

I'll watch and follow the Cowboys but I won't allow them to do to me next year what they did this year.

When Jerry decides he wants a real head coach I'll start drinking the kool-aid again, and allow my emotions to become involved again.

We need someone that knows how to do this, and knows how to do that.
