I would like to see Darren here too in that position.

My choices are as follows.

HC= Jason Garrett

DC= Mike Singeltary (with Darren as secondary coach)

OC= Norv Turner, to help mentor Jason, but not a take charge type of guy and cause a problem.

Pipe dream, maybe, but that is what post season is for....If your not in the playoffs.

The DC part is cool. The rest is putrid.

We could only dream of having Norv back as OC, top OC out there right now.

If you have Troy Aikman as your QB!

He does more for the RB (and so helps the QB) than anything, look at Gore.

I know his coaching rating goes up ever year in Madden, so he must be a rising star. This team could use someone to light a fire under them.

I remember in Madden '06, I hired Junior Seau to be my coach after he retired, he did pretty well in my franchise

Same here. I love that feature but wish I could actually edit "Dallas Coach" to look somewhat like Parcells instead of generic coach...

Singletary is one of the new age coaches that has been around/played at the professional level that understands how much the game changes from month to month and year to year.

I like guys like Jim Mora Jr, Mike Nolan, Mangini and Payton, guys who understand the game pretty well, instill there idea and run with it. And the fact they are much younger or around half of Parcells' age too but these guys have a future either in the NFL or in college ball IMO...

The best part about the "Dallas Coach" is that he isn't white :D

I also hired Woodson as my ST coach when he became available and eventually promoted him to HC. :D

I actually think EA just keep him like that is because they are lazy to the fact that Mo Carthon isnt even coaching with this team anymore.....

All the Defenses that are good in this league have an attitude. We have no players with an attitude. Singletary might get some mean into our D. We don't have a Rodney Harrison/Bruschi, we don't have a guy like Merriman, no Joey Porter. Im not talking in terms of skill, but in terms of leadership, especially vocal.

I like a team of lunchpale style guys, get the job done, but you need a few guys with fire. This team lacks that.

I swear, somebody's gotta tell Jerry about you, don't want you taking a job for the Texans or somebody like that, or God forbid, the Commanders

I agree my only concern is he doesn't have enough coaching experience

Singletary as DC would be awesome !!

Plug his attitude into our defensive players and we might see some lower scores by other teams.

I like the idea of him as our DC just not HC right now

I would agree in principle, but I got a funny feeling that he will be a good HC.

He was a smart player when he played. It was said he was like having a coach on the field.

He was on a winning team, and played on a ferocious defense. He knows about winning and he knows how to win.

It probably won't happen, but I have a hunch that he would make a good HC.

Plus, I would welcome the winning attitude, the fire, and the nasty attitude that he would bring.
We need all three.
