I actually agree with Coach Hodnett very much. I would love to have Mike Solari here. However, consider this, Ireland may want him too if they fire that staff.

Mike Solari and Marco Rivera as an Assitant OL coach would be fantastic with me.

He is not in coaching right now. I have no idea if he is interested, but I think he would be a natural. Very smart and was described by Parcells as a Coach on the Field.

seems like he's be a natural to take advantage of the minority coaching internship program -- if not move directly into a lower level assistant position.

Ben Coates participated in that program a few years ago in Dallas and was Cleveland's TE coach in 2005 - don't know what he's doing now.
