Mike Tomlin steps down

I'd love him as a DC but he will probably do a year in media before throwing his hat back in the ring. Maybe us after schotty

He sees the plethora of talent that the Cowboys have and wants to be a part of the this aspiring dynasty that is being built. It's a process but a 30 year one.
Big dog…This is truly hysterical were it not true

Still young enough to take a year or two off and have another 20 year stint with another franchise.

Rest up Mike.
If I were him, I’d chillax on the beach or in the mountains until Andy Reid inevitably retires in a year or two.

Mike McCarthy is a natural fit in Pittsburgh born and raised big Irish family Steelers owned by an iconic Irish family.
I’ll be surprised if that doesn’t happen.
From what I gather the Steelers have always hired young coaches(mid 30’s) that are up and comers and usually with a defensive background. But with the Steelers needing to groom a young QB McCarthy would be a solid hire.

I hate Pittsburgh just as much as the rest of you do.
but I can't help but respect this guy. Dang good coach, seems like a good guy too.
19 years in one spot in this league is incredible.

Wish him the best unless he takes a job in the NFC E or with SF..... LOL
