News: Miles Sanders out for the season

Right now, Jayden is sporting Deuce numbers, 4 carries for 7 yards. I didn't see anything impressive.

He may be fast but his hesitation negates any speed he may have. He looked indecisive.

I know he is a rookie and I know they were his first NFL carries. Still, I didn't see anything to get excited about. i hope that changes onSunday and he proves to be legit.

I really feel like he Cowboys need one more veteran RB.

I suppose its unreasonable to ask why the head coach didnt make the initial announcements.

Let’s see what Blue has. I’m not convinced he has much other than a fast 40yd dash.

Picking up the blitz was his best contribution and that was huge. Actually having success running the ball will happen —- it isn’t that hard for a successful college running back to make some plays in the NFL. It’s more so about doing the little things like picking up blitzes and staying healthy.

If you didn’t add a veteran back going into the season, you wouldn’t now. You had to know Blue would see significant time at some point just due to injuries and nobody was ever really excited about Miles Sanders.

His 2 big contributions to this team where he got tracked down from behind by a LB on what should have been a TD against Philly. Then he cemented his glory by fumbling inside the 10 a little later.
His big contribution was blocking for Dak and giving us two fresh rookies who will help now.

Sanders sucked. Now he collects paycheck sitting on sideline and an injury settlement

I dont trust blue yet.

How about a 5th for Pollard? Then we have a thunder and lightning combo.
How about using the backs that they already have.

The sad thing is that rookie runningbacks usually perform better because they don't overthink and hestitate because the coaches tell them to focus on hitting the holes, not waiting for blocks to develop.

We know he's fast, but if he can't break into the open it won't matter.

I have no good/bad opinion of Blue, but so far I agree with you .. I've seen nothing special to this point in preseason or the few carries he got recently.

I really do hope he's as good as some members here make him out to be.
