go saints.

Vikings lose. Favre will retire. One less team to compete with in the NFC

I don't know if Favre retires if he goes home without the SB win. He's has another year with the Vikes on his contract....so if you want Favre to retire then you need the Vikes to win it all and that will guarantee Favre will retire for good.

Brett Favre is a heck of a football player and fun to watch. Hes also a pretty funny dude off the field. Whats not to like about him?

I believe he retires either way.

I will be rooting for the Colts in the Super Bowl no matter who wins in this game.

I like Brett Favre. Go Vikings.

He's my age and how the heck he does what he does is beyond me.

Key to the game: Can the Vikings front 4 get off the snap and put pressure on Brees like they did with Romo? Playing in N.O. is a huge factor. No longer will the offensive line be hindered by deafness.

Agree 100%. I'd like to see the Saints win purely because of a slight connection to the city, but I respect what Favre has done/accomplished, and wish him well either way.

FYI....out of all the teams in the playoffs the Vikes had the easiest regular season schedule.

Did Joe Buck just say Favre grew up in Mississippi as a Saints fan?

Wasn't Favre a Cowboys fan growing up?
