The funniest thing about this is that neither of you could come up with any source of "hype" that he had actually read, except me. The example you used. Not something he had read.

I don't know, learn what hype is I guess and you won't look so foolish.

Then again...
Still clinging to that? :lmao2:

Wide Receiver | Missouri | SR Danario Alexander
Height: 6-5 | Weight: 215 | 40-Time: 4.60

Official Bio

Strengths:
Excellent height and good bulk --- Rangy with long arms and legs --- A smooth athlete --- Tremendous leaping ability --- Terrific ball skills and body control --- Soft, reliable hands --- Strong runner who can do some damage after the catch --- Tough and physical --- Still has some upside.

Weaknesses:
Durability is a major concern --- Average speed --- Is not very quick or explosive and lacks a burst --- Isn't a polished route runner --- Doesn't get a lot of separation --- Not overly elusive --- Will not contribute as a return man --- Stats were exaggerated by pass-happy spread system.

Notes:
Essentially just one year as a starter for the Mizzou Tigers but played extensively --- Named a 2nd Team All-American and 1st Team All-Big 12 in 2009 --- Actually beat out future first round pick Jeremy Maclin for a starting job early in their college careers before getting derailed by injuries --- Has torn the ACL in his left knee twice --- Also missed some time with a broken wrist --- Took over for Maclin in 2009 and enjoyed a breakout campaign, leading the entire nation in receiving yards --- An impressive physical specimen who showed he is capable of being an impact player when healthy --- Needs some development but profiles as a possession receiver / redzone threat as long as his knee holds up.

Are you really still bitter about this?

You CLEARY stated that who other than YOU were hyping him. Bob showed you there were at least 2 more people in the whole world that was all over his jock.

You were the one that asked.."who hyped him other than me, one person?"

CLEARLY there were more.

Get over it man. The dude got hyped. Now he came back down to earth.
Bitter?

Try amused as hell. As I said before, I am a nobody talking about the guy.

Tebow is hyped.

Suh is hyped.

Any player having article after article written about them discussing their qualities is to some degree hyped.

Me and other ham and egger fans...naw man, that ain't hype. That is my agenda.

If that post was a horse, we'd have to shoot it for being lame.

Is he a Colston? Injury issues scare me.

I actually feel pretty good about our WR's this year.

Sounds like Roy Williams.
He is an amazing athlete that is more like Plaxico Burress than Roy Williams. The only thing that scares me about him would be his knee strength.

Tearing the ACL in the left knee twice is cause for concern. But also keep in mind that if he landed in Dallas, he wouldn't be asked to contribute right away, so that would give him more time to develop as a WR and also strengthen that knee.

If the Cowboys where able to snag him in round 3 or below, I would be ok with that.

Depending on where he's picked, I'd certainly be okay with it. Obvious knee concerns...but if picked in the 4th or 5th, I think that'd be a pretty good gamble
