Has Stephen ever explained last off-season? How can you be "all in" while losing a bunch of veterans and signing next to nobody to replace them?

Did you forget that we paid Dak and Ceedee a fortune? That's all in to them!!!!

I can name two people who are not all in. Jerry and Stephen Jones. All in means doing everything possible to win a Super Bowl. That means a willingness to sign top tier free agents in positions of need. It means signing you best defensive player instead of dragging out his extension and sending mixed signals.

The Cowboys are "all in, within limits". It is not the same as other teams going all in.

Yes, and that would mean stepping down as GM. They're not only all in, they do not care if we win.
